About the position
The Tire Supplies Sales Representative is responsible for selling tire supplies to various businesses involved in large-scale tire repair, including tire shops, trucking companies, and construction businesses. This full-time position requires visiting customers in the SF - Santa Clara - San Mateo - Alameda Counties area, with a focus on building relationships and meeting sales goals. The role includes outside sales training and offers a competitive compensation structure with bonuses and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Sell tire supplies including wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, and large equipment.
- Visit customers from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- Maintain a daily customer log and meet sales goals by visiting 10+ customers a day.
- Drive a supply truck to deliver products and provide a mobile showroom experience.
Requirements
- Must have a good driving record.
- Good computer skills are required.
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs.
- Experience in a tire shop, tire supplies store, or other automotive business is a plus.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
