About the position

The Tiri Operations Center Analyst is a newly established role at Swingtide, a consulting and solution firm located in Henderson, NV. This position is integral to the Tiri Operations Center, which serves as the sourcing, contracting, and vendor management platform utilized by Swingtide consultants and clients. The primary responsibility of the Tiri Operations Center Analyst is to ensure the quality and integrity of both client and internal data within the Tiri platform. This involves loading, analyzing, and maintaining data, as well as reviewing vendor contracts to extract essential information and identify any data discrepancies that may arise. In addition to data management, the analyst will actively participate in system development initiatives and support client engagements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking, as the analyst will be tasked with managing day-to-day issues and providing resolutions. The Tiri Operations Center Analyst will also be responsible for generating reports to analyze performance metrics and system usage, ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are consistently met. Furthermore, the analyst will assist in onboarding new clients, contributing to a seamless integration process. Overall, this position is designed for individuals who are highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

  • Optimize Tiri usage for clients and the Swingtide team.
  • Review client and Swingtide data to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Run reports to analyze client and Swingtide performance/system usage.
  • Assist with onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Support ongoing Swingtide engagements.
  • Participate in system development and road mapping.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Efficient and accurate data processing skills.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Customer service experience of at least 1 year.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for at least 1 year.
