About The Position

The Title Insurance Closer Processor Floater will play a key role in supporting the closing process by assisting with title insurance production, processing, and closing coordination. This is a versatile and fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn and grow within the title insurance industry.

Requirements

• Prior experience in title insurance, escrow and Real Estate Closings.
• Strong understanding of title insurance processes, closing procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple teams across different regions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with title production software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Notary.
• Licensed Title Agent Preferred, Not Required but will be willing to assist with obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling in for Closers/Processors over multiple offices throughout Central Florida.
• Conduct title searches and review property records to identify and resolve any issues.
• Review title insurance commitments, policies, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to schedule and finalize closings.
• Prepare settlement statements and conduct closings as needed (for both residential and commercial transactions).
• Assist in reviewing and clearing title defects, ensuring all issues are resolved before closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth transaction progress.
• Support other team members and assist with overflow tasks as needed.
• Assist with E-Recording.
