The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and the ability to work independently as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title searches and prepare title reports.
• Assist clients with leasing agreements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding title and leasing.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the title and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to title and leasing transactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in title and leasing in West Virginia.
• Certified Notary Public in West Virginia preferred.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• AAPL membership and references required.
