About the position
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients while maintaining productivity and effectiveness. This role involves leading the team, managing branch systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement in operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational excellence of the branch, including branch systems, processes, and reports.
- Accountable for supervision and development of the team.
- Monitor/measure workload, quality of output, and overall performance; make recommendations to AVP as required.
- Make continuing improvements on cost reduction, process efficiencies, and increased output while maintaining reduced errors.
- Interact with title insurance underwriters and various departments to resolve pre-closing and post-closing issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of title insurance practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and demonstrated ability to successfully coach and develop teams.
- Ability to manage conflict.
