About the position

Central Florida PowerSports is seeking an organized and motivated Title Clerk/Office Assistant to support the dealership's administrative functions. This role involves handling various tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the dealership, reporting directly to the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cut and mail checks to vendors
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Post daily payments and bank deposits
  • Enter new and used inventory into database
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Process tag and title work
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must be very organized
  • Must have strong time-management skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous office experience a plus
  • Previous customer service experience a plus
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
