Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with title agents, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work with existing and prospective title agents to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing queries from customers and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for title agents to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports on relationship management activities, client feedback, and business development progress.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the title insurance industry
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
