About the position

The Operations Manager will oversee escrow operations support, manage title staff, and ensure compliance with underwriting standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as experience in managing title professionals and handling high-liability transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for escrow operations support and troubleshooting title curative matters.
• Work with customers and lenders to ensure underwriting standards are met and communicated.
• Manage title staff and provide training to employees.
• Act as title advisory support for the team.
• Review and approve high-liability transactions.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Nevada title officer.
• Minimum of two years managing title personnel.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in highly detailed and repetitive work.
