About the position
The Ops Supervisor role at First American Financial Corporation is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing operational functions related to title services. Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operational activities of Title employees in a Title Operations Center.
- Assist with personnel management, ensuring compliance with wage and work hour laws.
- Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and make staffing recommendations.
- Conduct interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and perform performance reviews.
- Monitor processes and identify training needs for staff and the organization.
- Implement processes and metrics to improve customer service, quality, and productivity.
- Drive problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in title operations or a similar field.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Solid technical knowledge of operating systems and applications.
