The role requires navigating the register of deeds and tax offices to resolve title issues effectively. Additionally, the Paralegal will be responsible for managing file volumes and communicating with clients and other stakeholders through phone and email inquiries. Knowledge of VCAP is also essential for this position, as it will aid in the efficient management of title-related tasks. The Paralegal will play a key role in ensuring that all title issues are promptly addressed and resolved, contributing to the overall success of our clients' transactions. This position demands a high level of professionalism and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
