About the position

Sweet Butter Kitchen is seeking an experienced Expo and Busser to join their team. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience as an expo, with lead expo experience being a significant advantage. This role requires strong organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support the busser team in clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Handle customer requests and inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements

• Multiple years of prior experience as an expo is required.
• Experience as a busser is also required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

• Lead expo experience is a huge plus.

Benefits

• Compensation of $17.28/hr plus tips, which can range from $10-16/hr additional.
