About the position

The Quality Control Analyst at Stellantis Financial Services is responsible for auditing various functional areas within the organization to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This role involves analyzing account documents, detecting errors, and contributing to quality control reporting to identify areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform audits of various functional areas including State Changes, Releases, Collateral Management, Repossessions, and Post Funding for retail and lease portfolios.
  • Analyze account documents selected at random to ensure adherence to federal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of completed documents and maintenance notes in various systems.
  • Communicate with all teams within the organization to resolve discrepancies.
  • Use policy and procedures to resolve issues while following pre-established quality guidelines.
  • Make suggestions for process improvements.
  • Maintain familiarity with Titles/Post Funding policy and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information accessed during audits.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of auto finance experience specific to funding or titles processing.
  • High school diploma and/or GED required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6 months to 1 year of QC and Titles experience preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime during month-end volume increases and other tasks as needed.
