About the position

As a Marketing Specialist for Vehicle Lifetime Solutions at Schaeffler, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and align strategically with the company's goals. You will define clear objectives and success metrics for each campaign, track their performance, and generate detailed reports to analyze the results of marketing programs. Compliance with privacy and communication regulations is crucial, and you will oversee all marketing materials to ensure they are current, relevant, and easily accessible to stakeholders. In addition to campaign management, you will be responsible for tracking marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines while identifying opportunities for cost savings. Coordination with vendors and internal teams will be essential for managing booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and on-site execution for events. This role may require some travel to ensure successful representation of the company at various functions. Your qualifications will include a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in office software and familiarity with marketing tools, particularly Microsoft and Adobe products, as well as social media platforms. A working knowledge of B2B marketing support is also required. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field
  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and familiarity with marketing tools, preferably Microsoft, Adobe, and social media accounts
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing support
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing
  • Automotive aftermarket experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A high level of skill in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams; Adobe Illustrator; SalesForce; and familiarity with video marketing.
