The job involves coding, testing, debugging, and implementing JAVA Web programs to maintain and enhance existing Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities include writing specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity, managing a Web Application Server, monitoring application logs, providing first-tier system support for daily operations, coordinating and setting up interfaces with various vendors using EDI, applying and testing software packages for TMS during installation and upgrades, and providing emergency support due to system issues.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of JAVA Web Programming is preferred but entry level is possible to apply
• JAVA Web (HTML, Java Script, XSLT) programming experiences in Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance
• Experience in Oracle SQL query writing and performance enhancement
• Experience in maintenance of Web Application Server
• Technical expertise in integrating logistics systems with 3rd party applications using EDI
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills required for design, creation and testing of programs
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers and others
• Essential to speak bilingual (English/Korean) as the support team is located in Korea (N-ERP, Sales Portal team)

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, implement JAVA Web programs to maintain & enhance existing TMS/WMS
• Write specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity
• Manage a Web Application Server and deployment of TM/WM system
• Monitor application logs & provide basic administrative work
• Provide first tier system support for daily operations of users
• Coordinate & setup interface with various vendors using EDI
• Apply and test software package for TMS during install & upgrade
• Provide emergency support due to system issues
