About the position
As a To Go Specialist at Olive Garden, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests can conveniently pick up their food without compromising on quality or safety. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests who are busy and need to grab their meals quickly. Whether guests choose to pick up their food in the restaurant or curbside, you will be excited to serve them. Your role will involve displaying a strong sense of urgency, having extensive menu knowledge to make recommendations, and ensuring that all orders are accurate and on-time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate order preparation for guests picking up food to-go.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
- Display a strong sense of urgency in fulfilling orders.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation practices to ensure team member and guest wellness.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
