About the position

As a To-Go Specialist at Cracker Barrel, you will play a vital role in supporting the catering and to-go services by providing exceptional hospitality to guests who prefer to enjoy their meals on the go. This position involves taking detailed orders, efficiently packing meals, and ensuring that all necessary items are prepared for guests to enjoy their homestyle favorites wherever they choose. This is a tipped role, recognizing the hard work you put into delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the catering and to-go side of Cracker Barrel by providing hospitality to guests.
• Take detailed orders and swiftly pack meals for guests.
• Double-check that all items are neatly prepared and ready for guests.
• Keep the to-go station stocked with necessary supplies like plasticware and condiments.
• Exhibit teamwork by assisting colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• A pleasant, outgoing personality and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
