As a To Go Specialist at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a delightful experience, even when they are dining away from our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests with a warm smile and provide them with exceptional service as they place their orders for takeout. You will be trained to suggestively sell various drink, appetizer, and dessert options, enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Accuracy is key in this role, as you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders and entering them into our Point of Sale (POS) system. Once orders are placed, you will assemble the prepared food and drink orders in appropriate packaging, ensuring that everything is complete and safe for transport. You will also be responsible for walking orders to guests, whether they are dining in or utilizing our curbside pickup service, and managing transactions efficiently. Your role will not only involve taking orders but also thanking guests and inviting them to return, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Additionally, you will be expected to follow all food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
