About the position

The Malvern School is seeking a passionate and motivated Lead Teacher for the Young Toddler classroom in Warrington, PA. This full-time position involves planning, supervising, and implementing a high-quality Early Childhood Educational program while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for young children. The role emphasizes communication with parents and adherence to the school's educational philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement an Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents, both in person and through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services field.
• Bachelor's degree with 30 credit hours in relevant fields and 1 year of experience with children.
• Associate's degree in relevant fields and 2 years of experience with children.
• Associate's degree with 30 credit hours in relevant fields and 3 years of experience with children.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a lead teaching role in early childhood education.
