About the position

We are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team and create a nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with students in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development
• Incorporate special education strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Educate children on basic skills such as reading, writing, and social interaction
• Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desirable
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children
• Passion for educating and nurturing young children

Nice-to-haves

• Teaching experience of 1 year (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
