Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote children's growth.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
• Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the preschool curriculum and share best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and creativity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings is preferred, including roles such as nannying or daycare staff.
• Familiarity with toddler care principles and behavior management techniques is essential.
• First aid certification is a plus, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.
• A background in educating young children through engaging curriculum activities is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
