Responsibilities

• Assisting co-teachers with developing and implementing appropriate lesson plans according to toddler curriculum
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Providing individualized attention and support to students as needed
• Assisting with daily routines such as mealtime, nap, and diaper changes
• Communicating effectively with parents and providing updates on their child's progress

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Familiarity with curriculum development for infants
• Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
• Understanding of childhood development milestones
• Strong classroom management
