Employees will be expected to perform preventative maintenance on tooling, diagnose operational issues, and manage tool inventory systems. Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up all equipment in the stamping process, both single stroke and automatic.
  • Diagnose operational issues logically and efficiently.
  • Utilize measurement methods and computer systems, including CMM's, comparators, and hardness testers, to measure parts and die components.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tooling as required and conduct die components diagnostics.
  • Rebuild tooling and manage tool inventory systems effectively.
  • Work with engineering on sample and tool development, ensuring alignment with die designs.
  • Perform minor repairs in the tooling process as needed.

Requirements

  • No High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous die bench experience required.
  • Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and physical exertion.
  • Must be able to pass required testing and successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with electrical discharge machining (1 year preferred).
  • Experience with CNC (1 year preferred).
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman License (preferred).
