About the position
Waterway Dental Care is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join their dedicated team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care, utilizing a robust Hygiene mentor program and ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional lifetime care to patients.
- Utilize best-in-class support through the Hygiene mentor program.
- Document medical histories and perform dental patient screenings.
- Maintain and enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with the dental care team to meet patient needs.
Requirements
- Current Dental Hygienist License in South Carolina.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
- Experience in a dental hygiene role, whether new or seasoned.
