About the position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing work orders related to facility maintenance, requiring independent judgment to effectively plan and prioritize a diverse workload. This role is part of a union and offers a flat hourly rate of $26.03.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries, amend data, and reissue tasks as needed.
  • Enter maintenance slip data into a CMMS system.
  • Walk through parking garage and administer tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.

Requirements

  • High-school Diploma
  • An Active Top Secret or Interim Top Secret Clearance
  • 3 years' of experience in an administrative/call center setting
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience with CMMS.
