About the position

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the occupancy of McCrite Plaza, a retirement community. This position involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with prospective residents and their families, and coordinating marketing events. The coordinator will also manage social media content and ensure compliance with health information privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospects, residents, families, and employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and conduct tours and assessments for prospective residents and their families.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate new residents' move and admission to the community.
• Assist with increasing occupancy by conducting outreach and building relationships with referral sources.
• Plan and attend special events in the community to promote McCrite Plaza.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing plan for McCrite Plaza.
• Coordinate the design of community advertisements for multi-media marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content on all McCrite social media platforms.
• Oversee and promote activities that engage residents in active senior living.
• Collaborate with staff regarding residents with high acuity and follow up with family members on concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience in a similar working environment is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related areas is desired.
