About the position
The TOSCA Automation Test Lead will serve as a validation and quality assurance expert, responsible for reviewing the functionality of existing systems. This role involves conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategies, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position also requires designing optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios, collaborating with industry talent to create innovative, defect-free solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities
- Act as a validation and quality assurance expert to review existing systems' functionality.
- Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design.
- Lead execution of tests to guarantee superior outcomes.
- Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience with TOSCA automation.
- Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong knowledge in Tricentis Tool, specifically TOSCA / TOSCA DI and QTest.
- Strong knowledge of TOSCA Architecture.
- Experience in creating automation strategies and solutions.
- Ability to identify best-fit solutions based on POCs and define automation frameworks.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD using TOSCA and integrating TOSCA with Jenkins and Sauce Labs.
- Experience in Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis, and Reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience in any Agile methodology.
- Understanding of estimation methodologies and quality processes.
