About the position

As a National Sales Recruiter for Total Quality Logistics (TQL), you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our sales departments across the organization. This position requires a high-energy, results-driven recruiter with exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while directly collaborating with dedicated hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. Your ability to establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners will be key to filling positions with the best talent available. In this role, you will utilize various sourcing methods to generate candidate flow and conduct phone screens to assess potential hires. You will manage the entire interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Documenting conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) is essential for maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will process onboarding paperwork and ensure candidates are accurately dispositioned throughout the recruitment process. TQL offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000, along with promotional raise opportunities and a quarterly bonus structure that provides uncapped earning potential. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is also available, along with optional paid relocation to TQL's headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
  • Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo).
  • Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable working on a metrics driven team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with hiring managers.
  • Willingness and ability to deal with, and adapt to change within a dynamic department and company.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and team members.
  • Results oriented work ethic with a competitive drive.
