About the position

As a key contributor to our team, you will lead efforts in administering benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs. Your role will ensure data integrity, compliance, and exceptional program delivery, while promoting education and engagement throughout the organization. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in benefits and leave of absence administration, aiming to drive positive change in an inclusive, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with internal and external providers of benefit plans and systems ensuring accuracy and a positive employee experience in enrolling or using benefit plans.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of the U.S. qualified and non-qualified pension plans and 401(k) plans including pension benefit payment coordination and handling FICA taxation for non-qualified plans.
  • Work with internal partners and vendors to administer or assist with aspects of disability, accommodation & workers' compensation programs.
  • Provide case management & coordinate administrative aspects of the cases & payments.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to implement improvements as necessary for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in benefits and leave of absence administration.
  • Experience in benefits, consulting, employee benefit transformation, or employee total rewards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
  • PHR, SPHR or other equivalent, related HR certificates.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SAP and Kronos.
