About the position

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration of the company's compensation structure, financial benefits, and company benefit plans. This role involves administering short-term and long-term incentive plans, maintaining procedures and policies, and coordinating various projects to ensure effective management of employee compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Administers company short-term incentive plans including creation, maintenance, and communication of bonus plans, bonus calculations, and monthly bonus accruals and reconciliations.
  • Administers aspects of the company's long-term incentive (LTI) plans, including preparation and entry of monthly, quarterly, and annual stock option/RSU grants in Shareworks and processing of stock options exercises/RSU releases.
  • Prepares any related participant communications and completes any related reporting as necessary.
  • Prepares monthly journal entry for any LTI activity.
  • Administers deferred compensation plans including maintenance, communication, and processing of annual enrollment and distributions.
  • Reconciles and submits employee deferred comp contributions each payroll and completes any related reporting as necessary.
  • Validates and processes 401k contributions each pay period and performs biweekly reconciliations over 401k.
  • Assists with ESOP diversification and distribution requests (LIFO calculations).
  • Prepares the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) disclosure for the company's annual proxy statement.
  • Maintains and updates procedures, policies, and internal processes as needed to support function.
  • Coordinates special projects when needed.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or in a related field.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Workday experience and certifications relative to function a plus or equivalent level of education and experience.
