About the position

The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager at Intellivo is a pivotal role responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the company's HR operations and total rewards programs. This includes overseeing compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness initiatives, payroll, leave administration, and centralized HR policies. The manager will also be in charge of the HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of expertise in compensation and benefits along with a strong understanding of HRIS and operations, ensuring that all programs align with the company's strategic objectives and enhance the overall employee experience. In this role, the manager will develop and implement competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with company goals and market trends. They will oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Additionally, the manager will maintain and continuously improve the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security while managing HRIS projects such as system upgrades and new module implementations. The role also involves generating reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning. The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager will work closely with the HR team and leadership to develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows. They will manage the company's leave management process, including FMLA and disability programs, and lead the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and HR programs is also a critical aspect of this role. The manager will lead and mentor HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development while partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to align total rewards strategies with organizational objectives. Staying informed on industry trends and representing the HR team in cross-functional meetings will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • In partnership with the HR team and leadership, develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Oversee the management and ongoing improvement of the Company's employee handbook and code of ethics.
  • Oversee the company's leave management process, including FMLA, disability, and other statutory leave programs.
  • Lead the company's payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Ensure all compensation, benefits, and HR related programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members and direct report(s), fostering professional growth and development.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to align total rewards strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to employment, compensation, benefits, and HR technology.
  • Represent the HR team in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing input, expertise, and excellent service delivery on HR operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in Compensation (CCP), Benefits (CBP), or HRIS (HRIP) is a plus.
