The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager at Intellivo is a pivotal role responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the company's HR operations and total rewards programs. This includes overseeing compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness initiatives, payroll, leave administration, and centralized HR policies. The position requires a strong understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in compensation and benefits with a robust understanding of HRIS and operations, ensuring that all programs support the company's strategic objectives and enhance the employee experience. In this role, the manager will develop and implement competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with company goals and market trends. They will oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security while managing HRIS projects such as system upgrades and new module implementations. The role also involves generating reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning. The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager will work closely with the HR team and leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows. They will oversee the management of the employee handbook and code of ethics, as well as the company's leave management process, including FMLA and disability programs. Leading the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits is also a key responsibility. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation, benefits, and HR programs is essential. Leadership and collaboration are critical components of this role. The manager will lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development. They will partner with HR leadership and business leaders to align total rewards strategies with organizational objectives and stay informed on industry trends and legislative changes. The manager will represent the HR team in cross-functional meetings, providing input and expertise on HR operations. Finally, they will prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations.
