MRC Towers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team in Shawnee, KS. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all construction activities on assigned projects. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret construction drawings and effectively communicate the necessary tasks to Tower Technicians and Top Hands, ensuring that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 Tower Technicians, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the team performs at its best. You will serve as the primary contact for subcontractors on RF projects, collaborating closely with customers and site technicians to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tower construction, with a minimum of two years of foreman experience, and will be physically capable of climbing cell towers up to 400 feet. You will also need to be comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
