About the position

The Tower Structural Analyst (TSA) is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and readiness of Crown Castle's assets. This role involves utilizing various software tools, including 3-D tower renderings and structural analysis reports, to maintain quality asset data and oversee changes to antenna structures and company-owned buildings. The TSA must effectively communicate with internal and external teams to meet customer goals and expectations while managing project documentation and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from multiple data sources and translate it into data points within Crown Castle systems
• Collaborate with all TSAs for independent learning and team growth
• Work closely with service partners and external vendors to ensure data integrity and order processing
• Guide consistent and dependable deliverables based on customer needs
• Act as subject matter expert for asset-related questions from service partners and vendors
• Deliver complex information in easily understandable terms
• Anticipate, prioritize, and deliver on stakeholder needs
• Ensure installations comply with engineering policies and standards
• Support process improvements through feedback and idea sharing
• Provide insightful data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain a positive outlook and embrace change as an opportunity for growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum two (2) to four (4)+ years' experience in construction, operations, or engineering related to tower structures
• Data management skills

• Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
