About The Position
The Tower Technician Top Hand at Pearce Services, LLC is a full-time role focused on supporting AT&T Technology and structural projects, including new builds, site modifications, and rooftop installations. The position requires strong construction and project management skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while adhering to strict safety guidelines. The Top Hand will also be responsible for training other Tower Technicians and may serve as an Interim Foreman when needed.
