The Tower Technician position at Clear Lake Construction involves working on communication towers to install, repair, and replace antenna and radio equipment for the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities
- Climb and work on communication towers to install, repair, and replace antenna/radio equipment.
- Knowledge of tools and materials to perform the scope of work.
- Ensure the highest level of safety is maintained while working at heights up to 250 feet.
- Support supervisor and crew members by taking direction and completing day-to-day job functions in a timely manner.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 75+ lbs as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and manage inventory of tools.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years wireless tower construction experience required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Current Valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- OSHA 10 certificate (Preferred)
