About The Position

The Town Planner for the Town of Grand Lake is responsible for overseeing land use planning, zoning regulations, and community development initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, or a related field.
• Experience in municipal planning or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws and land use regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in urban planning or related field.
• Certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
• Experience with GIS software and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land use planning and zoning regulations.
