In addition to content creation, you will be responsible for community management across multiple online platforms. This involves actively engaging with our audience, responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and building meaningful relationships. Your ability to navigate the fast-paced and often dynamic nature of online interactions will be crucial in maintaining a positive brand presence. You will also develop and execute social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, tracking performance metrics and analyzing trends to make data-driven recommendations. Your contributions will extend to digital content management, where you will help maintain our website content, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential as you work on integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency across all digital channels while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media messages, website copy, and email campaigns, often with tight deadlines.
  • Oversee and engage with multiple online communities on various social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals, tracking performance metrics and analyzing trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns and ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles
  • Proficiency in content management systems and SEO principles
  • Experience with copywriting tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Openness to a hybrid work schedule
