About the position

AutoFair Toyota is seeking an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team. This position is crucial for providing recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging the financing of their vehicle purchases. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to present additional product offerings that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. The F&I Manager will ensure that sales are structured to produce the highest profitability while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. This role requires a proactive approach to accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. The F&I Manager will also be responsible for preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals, ensuring that every deal is fully aligned with regulatory requirements. In addition to these responsibilities, the F&I Manager will maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position. This includes accurately auditing team deals post-sale and deeply analyzing them for improvements. The role guarantees the expeditious funding of all contracts, which is essential for the smooth operation of the finance department. The finance department is equipped with its own funding department, which assists in collecting stipulations and working with banks alongside F&I managers. Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a fast pace dealership.
  • Eagerness to improve.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
