About the position
The Toyota Parts Counter Representative at Grappone Automotive Group is responsible for selling parts to customers, whether over the counter, through the shop, or via phone. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests receive the parts they need efficiently. The position is full-time, with a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Sell parts to guests over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring parts availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a parts counter or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Toyota parts and systems.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
