About the position

The Toyota Service Advisor at Hoffman Auto Group is responsible for managing the customer service experience throughout the service process, ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority. This role involves meeting production metrics, processing documentation, and completing required training for certification, all while maintaining a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers throughout the entire service experience with their satisfaction as the number one priority.
  • Remain at or above manufacturer CSI standard.
  • Meet all production metrics as prescribed by Management.
  • Process all documentation to state and/or manufacturer standard.
  • Complete all required training for Certification as prescribed by Management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service oriented environment preferred.
  • Effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change with a customer-centric mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with technology advancements in customer service.
