About the position

The TPM (Technical Product Manager) role at Concentrix involves leading Agile teams to enhance customer experience through strategic consulting and technology solutions. The position focuses on managing product backlogs, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of user stories in production. This role is integral to the Concentrix Catalyst team, which aims to transform customer experience through innovative strategies and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build Agile (Scrum / Sprint) Team backlog with input from multiple team members.
  • Collaborate with Agile team and partners to write user stories and requirements including acceptance criteria and acceptance tests for 6 Agile Teams.
  • Review and prioritize Agile Team backlog for Iteration Planning, coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners.
  • Review and assess enabler work, collaborating with System and Solution Architect/Engineering for decision-making.
  • Act as the primary resource for the Technical (Dev) team and Customer team for user story details, providing real-time answers during sprints.
  • Manage the flow of just-in-time story elaboration activities throughout team execution, maintaining 3 iterations worth of user stories in the backlog.
  • Participate in team demos, reviewing and accepting completed user stories based on acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Support Iteration Retrospective and Agile Release Train's Inspect and Adapt workshop.
  • Coordinate user story, functional, and technical dependencies with other Product Owners during iterations and Program Increments.
  • Work with Agile teams to define improvement stories to increase velocity and quality of the program.
  • Accountable for user story quality and performance in the production environment.

Requirements

  • Strong product-based business focus.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprint).
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in managing product backlogs and user stories.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
