Responsibilities

  • Compile routine reports and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide customer service by answering telephones and interacting with customers frequently.
  • Comply with all agency, division, and branch rules, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid State driver's license.
  • No prior experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in handling financial transactions, including cash, accounts payable, and employee reimbursements.
  • Familiarity with automated accounting or customer database systems.
