About the position

The Trade Activation Manager at Funko is a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for managing and developing retailer and trade relationships across the USA for various product lines including Pop Vinyl, Bitty Pop, Loungefly, and Softlines. This position focuses on implementing brand, channel, and customer strategies to enhance Funko's market presence and drive sales through effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and implementation of retail and trade marketing activity in the USA.
• Plan and execute in-store visibility POS, online merchandising, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Lead marketing activities for priority brands to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with Sales team to deliver strategic growth categories and new product launches.
• Explore new retail partnerships and marketing opportunities.
• Manage allocated marketing budget and make commercial decisions based on insights and analysis.
• Collaborate with Licensors for product launches and special events.
• Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to execute local marketing plans.
• Work with Digital and PR teams to ensure timely and relevant campaigns.
• Lead creative briefs for trade initiatives and ensure licensor approvals are met.
• Attend and support key trade shows in the US.
