At Budweiser Brewing Group, we are looking for a challenger mindset to step-change trade marketing in the Sales channel and champion customer centricity in activations across several of our key Sales accounts. This role involves engaging with customers and consumers to create game-changing trade initiatives that drive sales and brand objectives. You will lead the development of the go-to-market strategy for the assigned channel, collaborating with the Sales Team, Channel Executives, and other departments. Additionally, you will translate trade marketing strategy into impactful initiatives, manage activation budget expenditure, and ensure on-time delivery of activations aligned with brand values. Utilizing consumer insights to guide profitable volume uplift and brand experience is crucial, as is engaging with Sales and Merchandising agencies to optimize Trade Marketing resources. You will also drive the execution of a 52-week calendar at store, point-of-sale, and head office levels, develop action plans to address gaps, and collaborate with the Brand Activation team to develop activations and retailer incentives.
