About the position

The Trade Marketing Manager at RNDC is responsible for managing relationships and collaborating with internal, supplier, and retail marketing teams to develop and implement brand-building and volume-driving programs. This role involves working closely with high-level suppliers and sales management to create and present trade marketing initiatives across various markets and channels, including digital. The position also requires conducting gap analysis and ROI assessments to enhance future program development and supporting budgeting and marketing strategies for local market planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with regional/national internal, supplier, and retail marketing teams.
  • Align and implement brand-building and volume-driving programs with sales leadership goals.
  • Create, present, and manage trade marketing initiatives for multiple markets and channels.
  • Conduct proactive gap analysis and ROI assessments for program development.
  • Support Supplier Development/NA team on brand-specific marketing consulting and strategy.
  • Collaborate with market finance and portfolio management teams for local market planning.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Maintain a current state driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
  • WSET certifications.
