About the position

The Trade Marketing Manager at Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) plays a crucial role in managing relationships and collaborating with internal, supplier, and retail marketing teams. This position focuses on developing and implementing brand-building and volume-driving marketing initiatives that align with sales leadership goals across various markets. The role requires innovative thinking and collaboration to enhance trade marketing capabilities and support supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with regional/national internal, supplier, and retail marketing teams.
• Create, present, and implement trade marketing initiatives for brand building and volume driving programs across multiple markets and channels.
• Represent trade marketing capabilities in key supplier/customer meetings.
• Conduct proactive gap analysis and ROI assessments to support future program development.
• Support Supplier Development/NA team on brand-specific marketing consulting, budgeting, strategy, and tool development.
• Collaborate with market finance and portfolio management teams for supplier budgeting and marketing program development.

Requirements

• Ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Maintain a current state driver's license.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.

• Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
• WSET certifications.
