Responsibilities

• Coordinate design schedules and intake forms for efficient processing of design requests.
• Maintain organized records and document control for retail displays, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all retail display materials meet regulatory standards and company policies through proper certifications.
• Collaborate with business units to manage marketing assets for regional channels and ensure adherence to marketing guidelines.
• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage product sample requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Track the status of product samples from request to delivery, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Communicate shipping dates and estimated arrival times to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of all product sample requests and deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
