About the position

The Trade Operations Analyst will play a crucial role within the Trade Operations group, focusing on various aspects of export and import regulations, customs regulations, and logistics for both international and domestic shipping. This position is essential for ensuring that Adobe adheres to U.S. export regulations for shipments originating both domestically and internationally. The analyst will work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers worldwide, coordinating critical shipments and addressing any delays that may occur during the customs clearance process. In this hybrid role, the Trade Operations Analyst will be based in either the San Jose or San Francisco office and will report directly to the Manager of Worldwide Trade Operations. The analyst will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to work independently and resolve issues as they arise. A significant part of the role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the various functional groups within Adobe to effectively support their business needs.
