Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute trade shows and community events for the company's participation.
  • Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate the participation of the company in trade shows, including booth design, setup, and breakdown.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to align event strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in event planning and coordination in a trade show environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude while also displaying diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to drive to show locations around the Syracuse, Binghamton, and Utica areas.
  • Ability to lift +20 pounds.
