About the position

CORT is seeking a Tradeshow Coordinator to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position involves coordinating furniture rentals for various events, including trade shows and corporate functions. The coordinator will work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and a positive customer experience. The role requires hands-on involvement at trade show venues and may involve some out-of-state travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the furniture rental ordering, delivery, and pickup process.
  • Schedule delivery logistics with customers and CORT's operations team to ensure correct product placement at the right times.
  • Provide onsite service support at tradeshows, including monitoring products and delivery for accuracy and quality standards.
  • Resolve service failures and quality issues as they arise.
  • Facilitate order changes and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and priorities to the operations team.
  • Maintain positive relationships with repeat customers and regularly attend meetings to represent CORT.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in tradeshow or event planning, coordination, or operations preferred.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to trade show locations.
